23. Robert CHAPPLE [Parents]. Born 1726. Robert died 1817, age 91.
On 16/4/1759 when Robert was 33, he married Ann CHARLES, in Axminster, Devon. Born in 1730, Ann died in 1804, age 74.
They had the following children:
i. Robert [32] born 1760.
ii. Henry [33] (1762-1832)
iii. John [34] (1764-1844)
iv. William, born 1766.
v. Richard, born 1768.
vi. Ann, born 1773.
24. Joel CHAPPLE [Parents]. Born 1734. Joel died in 1810, age 76.
On 29/8/1765 when Joel was age about 31, he married Joan BAKER in Dalwood, Devon. Joan was born 1737. It is not known when she died.
They had the following child:
i. Aserith, born 1766.
25. John CHAPPLE [Parents].
John married Mary, maiden name unknown.
They had the following children:
i. John, born 1780. In 1805 when John was 25, he married Esther GRACE.
ii. Francis, born 1787.
iii. Thomas [35] born 1791.
26. William CHAPPLE [Parents]. William was baptized in Colyton, Devon on 27/6/1737 and died in 1800.
In 1769 William, when William was age about 32, he married Ann SALTER. Ann died in 1795.
They had the following children:
i. Henry [36] (about 1773-1848)
ii. Betty, born 1769.
iii. Amos, born on 14/6/1772. Amos died in 1825, age 52. On 26/5/1808 when Amos was 35, he married Elizabeth GODFREY.
iv. Nancy, born 1777.
27. Henry CHAPPLE [Parents]. Henry died 1805.
On 18/2/1764 Henry married Elizabeth JOY, in Colyton, Devon. Elizabeth died 1809.
They had the following children:
i. William [37]
ii. Mary, born 6/12/1766.
iii. Ann, born 7/8/1767.
iv. Betty, born 1/4/1769.
v. Esther, born 7/12/1770.
vi. Henry, born on 1/3/1773 in Colyton, Devon. Henry was baptized in Colyton, Devon on 11/3/1773. Henry died as infant on 1/4/1773 in Colyton, Devon.
vii. Samuel, born on 29/5/1779. Samuel died on 28/2/1798, age 18.

28. Amos CHAPPLE [Parents]. Baptized 27/9/1747 in Dalwood, Devon.
Amos married Susanna WATTS.
They had the following children:
i. Anthony, born 1777.
ii. John Watts, born 1777.
iii. Mary, born 1784.
iv. William, born 1788 and died in childhood.
v. William, born in 1792.
29. John James CHAPPLE [Parents]. Born 1721.
John James first married Hannah, maiden name unknown. Born 1722. Hannah died 1756, age 34.
They had the following children:
i. William, baptized December 1744 in Dalwood, Devon.
ii. John, baptized 5/3/1756 in Dalwood, Devon.
iii. James, baptized 5/3/1756 in Dalwood, Devon.
John James second married Katherine, maiden name unknown.
They had the following children:
i. Anne, born 1761.
ii. Nemith, born 1769.
iii. Jane, baptized 15/4/1770 in Dalwood, Devon.
iv. Mary, baptized 4/10/1772 in Dalwood, Devon.
30. James CHAPPLE [Parents]. Born 1726.
In 1757 when James was 31, he married Ann HOWELL.
They had the following children:
i. Esther, born 1758.
ii. Joanna, born 1760.
iii. Mary.
iv. James [39] born 1765.
31. Richard CHAPPLE [Parents]. Baptized 7/11/1742 in Dalwood, Devon.
On 24/2/1775 when Richard was age 32, he married Sarah BRYANT, in Axminster, Devon. Sarah was born about 1746.
They had the following children:
i. William [40]
ii.Thomas [41]
iii. Molly (Mary) born 1780 in Axminster, Devon. Molly (Mary) died in 1783, age 3.
iv. Susanna, born 1783 in Axminster, Devon.
v. John, born 1786 in Axminster, Devon. John died in Kilmington, Devon in 1866, age 80. Occupation: Grocer.
