 10. John BRADBURY [Parents]. Of Runninghill Head, John was baptized 2/3/1766 in Saddleworth, Yorkshire. He died between June 1841 and March 1851; he appears in the earlier census but not the latter.
On 7/5/1798, when he was age about 32, he married Anne PLATT in Saddleworth, Yorkshire. Anne died before 1841; she does not appear in the census for that year with her husband.
They had the following children, all baptized in Saddlewoth:
i. Thomas, baptized 22/6/1804.
ii. Simon [15] (1805- before 1871)
iii. Reuben [16] (1806-?)
iv. John [17] (1814-?)
v. Joseph, born between 1817 and 1821.
11. William BRADBURY [Parents]. William was baptized 1/11/1767 in Saddleworth (St Chads). It is not known when William died.
William married Betty.
They had the following child:
i. John, baptized 9/12/1798 in Saddleworth.
12. John BRADBURY [Parents]. Of Ryefields, according to 1841 census (HO107/1279). John was baptized 18/8/1765 in Saddleworth (St Chads). Buried 20/7/1841 in Saddleworth.
On 1/3/1789 John married Sarah RHODES, in Saddleworth.
They had the following children, all baptized St Chads, Saddleworth:
i. Joseph [18] (1800-1838).
ii. John, baptized 1/1/1792. Died 18/9/1854 in Saddleworth. John first married Esther. Born about 1802 in Saddleworth, Esther died in Saddleworth on 30/3/1829, aged 27. John second married Betty. Born about 1815 in Saddleworth, Betty died in Saddleworth on 9/4/1860, aged 45.
iii. Ralph [19] (1794-1866).
iv. Matty, baptized 12/11/1797.
13. James BRADBURY [Parents]. James was baptized 14/2/1768 in Saddleworth (St Chads). Buried on 19/11/1839 in Saddleworth, age 71.
On 4/6/1789 James married Sarah RHODES, in Saddleworth. Born about 1770, Sarah was buried 13/8/1841, age 71.
They had the following children:
i. William [20] (1790-?).
ii. Mary, baptized 13/5/1792.
iii. Sarah, baptized 24/8/1794.
iv. Benjamin [21] (1797-1879).
v. Ratcliffe [22] (1799-?).
vi. Esther, baptized 14/2/1801. Buried about 1816 age 15.
vii. Ann, baptized 22/4/1804. Buried 5/5/1818, age 14.
viii. Hannah, baptized 9/3/1806. On 21/3/1830 Hannah married John BUCKLEY, in Saddleworth.
ix. Betty, baptized 8/5/1808.
x. James, baptized 2/9/1810. Buried 9/1/1835 in Montreal, Canada, age 25.
xi. Joel, baptized 7/6/1812. Buried 18/11/1864, age 52.
xii. Amelia, baptized 28/8/1814.
14. James Bradbury [Parents]. James was baptized 22/10/1786. Died 14/1/1847 in Saddleworth, age 61.
James married Mary SHAW, daughter of James SHAW. Born about 1791 in Saddleworth, Mary died in Saddleworth on 18/11/1829, age about 38.
They had the following children, all baptized Saddleworth:
i. James, baptized 2/9/1816.
ii. Mary, baptized 11/4/1819.
iii. William, baptized 26/12/1824.
